We use beef that is fresh and never frozen. That way there's no loss of flavor and no freezer burn. Of course, if you're into that blander sort of thing, you might not want to stop by our restaurant.

Some places put their hamburgers in a thing called a warming drawer. They just sit there, cooked and steaming. We'd rather serve ours as soon as they're done grilling and leave the steaming for the spas.

Our lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments are cut, chopped and prepared with the same dedication to quality as our fresh beef! Plus, our premium ketchup is made exclusively for us by Heinz.
